2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on pbowin. 3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). pbowin conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as a condition of processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit a copy of your national identity card (KTP), proof of address dated within three months, and a selfie holding your identification document. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
3.5 Account Closure. You may close your pbowin account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining real-money Wallet Balance at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds subject to pending rollover requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC checks.
4.1 Currency. All deposits and withdrawals on pbowin are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). pbowin does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any funds received in a currency other than IDR will be rejected and returned to the originating account.

4.4 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via e-wallet are typically credited to your Wallet Balance within five minutes. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation of receipt, which may take up to sixty minutes depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. Deposits made outside of standard Indonesian banking hours (WIB, UTC+7) may experience additional delays.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing. pbowin processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, seven days a week. E-wallet withdrawals are typically completed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within one hour of approval. pbowin does not charge any withdrawal processing fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.7 Fraud Prevention. pbowin employs automated and manual fraud-detection systems. If a transaction is flagged as potentially fraudulent, pbowin reserves the right to place a temporary hold on the relevant funds pending investigation. Members will be notified of any such hold and given a reasonable opportunity to provide clarifying documentation.
Important: Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account or e-wallet used to make the original deposit wherever technically possible. Third-party transfers are not permitted under any circumstances.

5.2 Rollover Requirements. 5.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not utilized within their stated validity period will be automatically removed from the Wallet Balance. Partially rolled-over bonuses that expire will also be removed, along with any associated pending winnings.

5.5 Abuse Prevention. pbowin reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably determines that a Member has:
5.6 No Cash Alternative. Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. Bonus funds can only be used to place bets on the Platform and cannot be transferred to another Member's account.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on pbowin are subject to acceptance by pbowin's trading team. pbowin reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after the commencement of the relevant event.
6.2 Errors in Odds. Where a bet is accepted at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical error or human input error (sometimes referred to as a "palpable error"), pbowin reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Member's Wallet Balance. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
6.3 Event Cancellations and Voids. If a sporting event or game round is cancelled, postponed, or declared void by the relevant governing body, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned to Members' Wallet Balances in full.
6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bet types and are displayed in the Platform's betting interface. These limits may be adjusted by pbowin at any time and may vary depending on the event, market, or individual account.
6.5 Live Betting. Live (in-play) betting is subject to additional rules, including the possibility of a brief delay between bet placement and confirmation. During this delay, odds may change or markets may be suspended. pbowin reserves the right to decline any live bet where market conditions have materially changed between placement and acceptance.

11.3 Cap on Liability. In any event, pbowin's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.
11.4 Third-Party Game Providers. pbowin is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or interruptions in games supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, or Pocket Games Soft.
